There is no migration service or automatic import from another platform today. Products can be imported from a CSV file with the CSV export & import app, a Liquid theme can be uploaded as a .zip, and products can be created through the API. Talk to us about your catalogue and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

No. storeVero does not support single sign-on (SAML) or SCIM provisioning. Each person on your team signs in with their own email address and password.

Not yet. You can invite staff and give each person a role, but apart from changing the plan, roles do not limit what someone can change today.

No. Every store runs on the same shared platform. There are no dedicated servers, no choice of region and no separate database per store.
