Choose a theme

Try a theme on your own products first

Browse the Theme Store and open any theme in preview. The preview shows the theme with your real products and collections, so you see how your store would look before a shopper does.

  • Filter the Theme Store by category
  • Preview a theme with your own products before it goes live
  • Copy the preview link to show it to someone else
  • Publish from the preview bar, or later from your draft themes
  • Duplicate, rename or download a theme as a .zip, or import one

Themes are written in Liquid, the template language Shopify themes use. An imported .zip needs layout/theme.liquid plus sections, templates and config folders.

Change a section and watch the preview

The editor shows each page as its header group, its own sections and its footer group. Pick a section, change its text, images or colours, and the preview updates before you save. Your live store only changes when you press Save.

  • Add, hide, reorder and remove sections, and the blocks inside them
  • Choose images from your media library and link to your products, collections, pages and menus
  • Set padding, background, text colour, width and alignment per section, or hide it on mobile
  • Add CSS that applies to one section only
  • Preview a product template with any of your products, or switch to a phone-sized view
  • Every save takes a snapshot first, so History can bring back an earlier version

Want to go further? Edit code opens the theme’s Liquid, JSON, CSS and JavaScript files in the browser, and changes are saved into your own copy of the theme.

Checkout

A checkout that shows the real total

Shoppers go through contact, delivery, delivery method and payment on one page. Shipping, discounts and tax are priced from your own settings, and the summary shows the same total the order is created with.

  • Delivery options come from your shipping zones, plus in-store pickup or local delivery where you offer them
  • Discount codes are checked against your discount rules before they apply
  • Tax is added from the tax regions you set up, by country and state
  • Payments go through your own Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Easebuzz, CCAvenue, PhonePe, PayPal or Stripe account
  • Card details are entered with the payment provider, never in your store
  • Cash on delivery is offered unless you switch it off

    Pick a theme

    Preview themes from the Theme Store with your own products, then publish the one you like.

    Make it yours

    Change sections, images, text and colours in the editor, check the preview, then save.

    Add pages and menus

    Write pages such as About or FAQ, add blog posts, and link them from your header and footer menus.

    Switch on payments

    Add your gateway’s keys in Settings → Payments and activate it. Cash on delivery needs no keys.

Frequently asked questions

No. You can choose a theme, change its sections and publish without writing code. If you or a developer want more control, Edit code opens the theme’s files, and every change is saved into your own copy of the theme.
If it is a Liquid theme, yes. Upload the .zip, preview it with your products and publish it when you are happy. The .zip needs layout/theme.liquid plus sections, templates and config folders. WordPress and other PHP themes cannot be imported.
Connect Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, Easebuzz, CCAvenue, PhonePe, PayPal or Stripe with your own API keys in Settings → Payments. Shoppers pay on the provider’s side with the methods your account offers, such as UPI, cards or net banking. Cash on delivery is available unless you switch it off.
Not by yourself yet. Your store has its own storeVero web address, but connecting a domain you already own is not finished, so we do not offer it as a working feature today.
Not at checkout yet. You can issue gift cards from the dashboard, but the online checkout only accepts discount codes.
The editor has a phone-sized preview, and any section can be hidden on mobile. How a layout adapts to small screens is up to the theme, so open the preview link on your phone before you publish.
